IDA Psy is an operating system for psychological practice. Three levels in one solution:

• Psychologist's workspace — session journal, client cards, scheduling, and encrypted local storage. The AI assistant generates draft summaries from notes, proposes hypotheses, and helps structure the case.
• Manager's cabinet — aggregated workload analytics, calculation of payouts to specialists, tracking advertising ROI. Without access to clients' personal data.
• Website widgets — a smart chat assistant conducts initial intake and books visitors without an administrator, passing the anamnesis directly to the psychologist's workspace.

• ✓ HIPAA/GDPR: personal client data is stored locally on the psychologist's device, not in the cloud
• ✓ Encryption: the database is protected by SQLCipher, unreadable without a password
• ✓ AI — draft: all generations require review by a specialist, this is explicitly indicated in the interface
• ✓ Offline mode: the app works without the internet, data is not sent anywhere
• ✓ Role separation: the manager sees analytics, but not personal session notes
• ✓ No Vendor lock-in: in case of termination of using IDA, all data remains with the psychologists and is easily exported to Excel for transfer to another system
